The PAPP Clinic works hard to make getting quality care easy
for you – including insurance matters. We will do everything
we can to help you. For your convenience, we will also take
care of all billing of your insurance plan on your behalf.
PAPP Clinic accepts numerous HMO and PPO plans.

A few important reminders:
• Knowledge and proof of current insurance is the patient's
responsibility. Please bring your insurance card with you each
time you come to see the physician.
• It is ultimately the patient’s responsibility
to understand coverage and to ensure payment is made for services
provided.
• If there is no verifiable insurance, services are provided
on a “self-pay” basis. Self-pay services must be
paid in full at the time services are provided. For your convenience,
payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card. We accept
MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card.
• Payment arrangements can be made for larger bills. Please
contact our customer service department at (678) 423-6600 to
discuss these arrangements. Financial information will be required
in order to assist with any extended financial arrangements.
