How do I make an appointment?
Regular Hours: (Weekdays 9:00 am to 5 p.m., some locations vary).
Call the main number at the following locations and a switchboard
operator will connect you to the doctor's appointment desk to
schedule a routine appointment.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
Reschedule/Cancellation Policy: To avoid a
$25.00 no-show fee, please call at least 24 hours prior to your
appointment time if you you need to cancel or reschedule.
After Hours: A PAPP Clinic physician from each
department is on call 24
hours a day. If you need to speak with one of our physicians
after the
clinic is closed, please dial 770-253-6616, the main number
at our Cavender
Street location. The answering service will then contact the
PAPP
physician on call for you.
Preparing for your first appointment: PAPP
Clinic wants to make your visit with us both easy and pleasant.
To help serve you better, we recommend the following
Arrival Time. Arrive 20-30 minutes before your
scheduled appointment time in order to complete any necessary
paperwork.
Insurance Information. Bring a form of identification
and current copy of your medical insurance card. If your insurance
carrier requires a referral, bring referral numbers and forms.
If your treatment is covered by Workers' Compensation, bring
a letter of authorization from your insurance carrier.
Medical Records: Please have your medical records
from previous physicians transferred to the office of your scheduled
appointment. For children, bring their current record of immunizations.
X-Rays and/or Scans: If appropriate to your
visit, please bring any available X-rays or scans or have them
sent to arrive by the time of your appointment.
A List of All Medications: Please bring a list
of all medications you currently are taking or have taken recently,
whether over-the-counter or prescription. Include the strength
and dosage of each medication.
A list of Personal Health Questions or Concerns:
Before each appointment, write down any questions or concerns
that you would like to discuss with your physician. It may help
to make a list of your current health problems. Tell the physician
when your symptoms first started and what you have done to take
care of the problem. Some people find it helpful to bring someone
along to remind them to ask questions or help them understand
and remember the advice provided. Always ask your doctor or
nurse to explain anything you don’t understand.
Take Notes. Writing down instructions will
help you remember them after you leave.
Follow-up appointment. Your physician may want
you to return in a few weeks for a follow-up appointment. Make
sure you schedule this with the receptionist before you leave
the building.

PAPP Clinic is opened Monday through Friday, 8:30 am –
5:00 pm; however the hours may vary at some of our locations.
We are closed for the major holidays.

please contact our patient account representative
at 678-423-6600, Mon. - Fri., 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Please have the patient's name, account number listed on the
bill or the patient's social security number ready when you
call.
If you don't have medical insurance, our patient
account representative will help set up a payment
plan for you.
